Cave de Tain is producing high quality wines since 1933. Located at the foot of the Hermitage hillside, the winery produces and markets 5 “cru” wines (appellations Hermitage, Crozes Hermitage, Saint Joseph, Cornas and Saint Peray), making it the leading producer of “cru” wines in the northern Rhône Valley with 893ha of vineyard with appellation.

Cave de Tain is a pioneer in sustainable Development in the Northern Rhône Valley, a certified global approach undertaken since 2009; The entire vineyard is farmed using ‘reasoned’ farming, and a part of it using organic farming.
