San Polino

San Polino is an 8-hectare organic estate in Montalcino, Tuscany, Italy with Sangiovese vineyards at 450m altitude.
Since 1994, owners Luigi and Katia have practiced holistic viticulture, prioritizing biodiversity. They fertilize using homemade compost from grape waste, green cuttings, and manure, while planting nitrogen-rich cover crops to enrich the soil.
