Agricola Punica

Agricola Punica was founded in 2002 by an extraordinary team of winemakers and consultants in the south western zone of Sardinia. All the grapes come from the 70 hectares of vineyards in an area called “Sulcis Meridionale” particularly known for the quality of its Carignano grapes.
It is owned by Sebastiano Rosa, previously winemaker in Sassicaia, Tenuta San Guido ( Sassicaia producers) and the Sardinian Santadi Group renowned for their excellent wines. With the help of the legendary Giacomo Tachis (consultant for Sassicaia, Tignanello…) who became convinced of Sardinia’s winegrowing potential, 3 award-winning wines were created.
